Dr. Milne has been the BMO Professor of Economics and Finance at Queen’s University since June 2000 and is Director of the Risk Policy and Regulation program in the Queen’s Economics Department.
He has been a visiting professor at the University of Rochester, University of Auckland, Exeter University, University of Canterbury, University of Melbourne, New York University, University of Birmingham, and University of Heidelberg. He was also a special Advisor to the Bank of Canada.
