It is a great honour and privilege to serve as a Senior Fellow with the C.D. Howe Institute.  Through my career I have valued its work and contributions to the public policy debate.  It has also never shied away from taking on the difficult issues of the day, thus promoting open and needed discussion within government and the private sector.
