July 31, 2019 - Bert Clark was elected to the C.D. Howe Institute’s Board of Directors at the Institute’s annual meeting on May 29, 2019.

“On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to welcome Bert,” said Hugh MacKinnon, Chair of the C.D. Howe Institute’s Board of Directors.

Bert Clark is President and CEO of the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO). With $63.3 billion in assets under management, IMCO’s mandate is to provide participating public sector institutions with investment management services, including portfolio construction advice, better access to a diverse range of asset classes and sophisticated risk management capabilities.
