August 12, 2019 – William Robson, President and CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute, announces the reappointment of John Richards as a Fellow-in-Residence.

“John has been a source of wisdom for the C.D. Howe Institute’s research program on topics ranging from constitutional reform, though education and social policy, and issues facing indigenous Canadians,” said Robson. “We are delighted to continue this long and fruitful collaboration.”

“Ever since Tom Kierans, President of the Institute in the 1990s, invited me to co-edit a series of books on social policy,” said Richards “I have appreciated the C.D. Howe Institute’s combination of compassion with rigorous policy analysis.”
