October 8, 2019 – William Robson, President and CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute, announces the re-appointment of Adam Found as Metropolitan Policy Fellow.
“Adam has made critical contributions to the C.D. Howe Institute’s research on municipal finance and property taxation in particular,” said Robson. “We look forward to continuing our association with him.”

Found graduated in 2014 with a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Toronto, where he specialized in public finance and industrial organization. As a graduate student, he received notable scholarships and awards such as the 2009 Graduate Fellowship at the Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance and the 2013 C. Lowell Harriss Dissertation Fellowship at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
Dr. Found has since been working in the municipal, academic, policy and consulting fields. He teaches economics at Trent University in Peterborough, is Manager of Corporate Assets at the City of Kawartha Lakes and is Metropolitan Policy Fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute.
