August 19, 2021 – William Robson, CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute, announces the re-appointment of Miville Tremblay as a Senior Fellow.

Miville Tremblay is Chair of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council and a regular op-ed contributor to La Presse. He served as Senior Director and Regional Representative at the Montréal Office of the Bank of Canada and as a member of the Monetary Policy Review Committee from 2002 until his retirement in 2018. Previously, he worked at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec as Director of Strategic Intelligence. He also had a long career as a financial journalist, mainly at La Presse. He is the author of two books on business and finance and the recipient of many awards. He holds the CFA and ICD.D designations.
