January 23, 2020 – William Robson, President and CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute, announces the re-appointment of Thomas A. Wilson as a Research Fellow.

“Tom’s work on fiscal and tax policy has enriched the Institute’s research program,” said Robson. “We’re glad to be carrying on our association with him.”

Thomas Wilson is an Emeritus Professor of Economics, and Senior Advisor to the Policy and Economic Analysis Program at the Rotman Institute for International Business at the University of Toronto. He is a member of the C.D. Howe Institute’s Fiscal and Tax Policy Council.

His areas of research and consulting include economic forecasting, fiscal policy analysis, tax policy analysis, wage-price models, regulatory proceedings, competition policy, advertising and industrial organization.
