In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of OMERS, Michael Latimer is focused on ensuring plan members are able to retire with confidence that their pensions are secure and sustainable over the long term.

Mr. Latimer joined the OMERS enterprise in 1997, and previously served as its Chief Investment Officer and as CEO of OMERS real estate investment arm, Oxford Properties Group. He has more than 40 years of business experience at companies in both the public and private markets.

Mr. Latimer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from McMaster University, and serves on its Board of Governors.
