Finn Poschmann

Finn Poschmann graduated in economics from Carleton University in Ottawa in 1986 and is President & CEO of the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council.

He was previously Vice President, Policy Analysis at the C.D. Howe Institute, where he held a variety of positions since January 1998.

Jack Mintz

Dr. Jack M. Mintz is a Senior Fellow of the C.D. Howe Institute. He is also the President’s Fellow of the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary, after serving as the Palmer Chair and founding Director from January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2015.

William Robson

Bill Robson took office as President and CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute in July 2006, after serving as the Institute’s Senior Vice President since 2003 and Director of Research from 2000 to 2003. He has written more than 280 monographs, articles, chapters and books on such subjects as government budgets, pensions, healthcare financing, inflation and currency issues.
