Canadian Businesses are Less Innovative Than Five Years Ago

Innovation fuels economic growth and underpins productivity, but Canadian businesses are less innovative than five years ago. Although small businesses are less likely to be innovative, larger businesses have seen bigger declines in innovation activity.
