As Head of Pension Investments, Michelle is a fiduciary responsible for overseeing the investment strategy for Glencore’s numerous Canadian pension plans in both the DB and DC space.  She recommends the strategic asset allocation and investment policies for these plans and ensures their efficient implementation, which includes manager selection, investment administration, risk management, and ongoing oversight and governance.
