Heather Ferguson is the Chief of Staff at the C.D. Howe Institute. She is responsible for leading the communications function and working with the CEO and leadership team to implement strategic priorities across the organization.
Heather spent her career building cross-functional marketing and communications programs in the technology sector, and at one of Ontario’s largest professional regulators.
She holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Concordia University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
