Krish Banerjee, Data and AI Lead - Canada, Accenture

Krish Banerjee, is the Data and AI Lead for Accenture in Canada, where he leads a team of Data, Analytics and AI practitioners. Krish has more than 20 years of experience working across several industries, as advisor to C-suite executives and helping them shape their Data & AI journey and driving value through large and complex transformation programs.

Krish has an Engineering degree in Computer Science and completed his Executive Management in Finance and Marketing. In his 20+ years of career, Krish has lived and worked across the globe, in UK, Sweden, Japan and US.

Jaime Tatis, Chief AI Officer, TELUS

Jaime Tatis is a visionary and technology thought leader with strong business acumen and a proven track record of collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to drive critical
initiatives. Jaime is passionate about building and developing diversely skilled high-performance teams, growing future leaders and driving business efficiency through continuous improvement and innovation.

As the Chief AI Officer at TELUS, a world-leading technology company, Jaime works with partners across the TELUS family of companies leading the advancement of data, AI and analytics strategy and the company’s cultural shift to create cutting-edge customer technology solutions. By thoughtfully providing data insights and analytics, along with next-generation cloud-based architecture to enable world-class Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities, Jaime is improving business outcomes and providing best-in-class customer experiences for TELUS.

Jordan Zed, Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Artificial Intelligence Secretariat, ISED

Jordan Zed is currently serving as the Senior Assistant Deputy Minister at the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Secretariat in the Government of Canada’s Department of Innovation Science and Economic Development. He previously served as Assistant Secretary at the Privy Council Office’s (PCO) AI and Foreign and Defence Policy Secretariats where he supported two Cabinet Committees.

Prior to joining PCO, he was Director General of the External and Trade Policy Branch at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada where he focused on international AI collaboration. A lawyer by training, Jordan has held various positions at the Treasury Board Secretariat, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (now Global Affairs Canada). He also co-founded thePANEL, a foreign policy think tank based in Ottawa, and the Global Forum on Peace and Security which monitored and analyzed the activities of the UN Security Council while at New York University’s School of Law. 

Jordan completed a Bachelor of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005 and Dual Master of Laws Degrees at New York University School of Law in Law and the Global Economy and International Comparative Law at the National University of Singapore in 2008.
