Ana joined the C.D. Institute in 2018 as the Office Coordinator. She enjoys the opportunity to greet and interact with guests and members of the Institute. Ana coordinates administrative tasks and handles financial matters such as client billing, processing payments and banking. Before joining the C.D. Howe Institute, Ana had worked at Findhelp Information Services/211 Central, a leading provider in information and referral services across Canada and also worked at Community Information Toronto, which provided telephone line services, and annual community services directory eventually known as the Blue Book.
She holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Banking and Finance) from Northwestern College, Philippines.
