Summary

Ari Van Assche is full professor in international business, holds a professorship in Economic Diplomacy, and is co-founder of the International Institute of Economic Diplomacy at HEC Montréal. He currently serves as a Fellow-in-Residence at the C.D. Howe Institute. Professor Van Assche is also deputy editor of the Journal of International Business Policy, and a Fellow at CIRANO. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and specializes in the organization of global value chains and their implication for public policy.
