Based in Toronto, Cedric Franklin is a senior executive specializing in credit risks, capital markets, international trade and natural resources. With experience spanning close to 20 years across surety underwriting, brokerage and commercial lending, he currently is the Canadian Head of Surety and Guarantees at Allianz Trade. He holds a Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa, an Executive Master’s in International & European Relations from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and a Master’s in International Business from EM Grenoble.
