Heather Wolfe is the Chief Executive Officer of TTCPP, overseeing the implementation of the Plan’s strategic vision and all operational matters. An actuary with over 30 years of experience, Heather has spent her time working with pension plans in many different capacities. Her career spans consulting, plan sponsorship, pension risk management and asset management. Heather holds a degree in actuarial science and history from the University of Toronto and is a qualified actuary in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. Committed to financial security for members, she brings deep expertise and leadership to TTCPP, ensuring the Plan’s long-term sustainability.
