Summary

Jeremy Rudin completed a seven-year term as Canada’s Superintendent of Financial Institutions in June 2021. As Superintendent, he was responsible for the prudential regulation and supervision of Canadian banks, federal credit unions, and federally incorporated insurance companies. Previously, he served as Assistant Deputy Minister for Financial Sector Policy at the federal Department of Finance, a position he assumed at the onset of the Global Financial Crisis in September 2008.

Mr. Rudin is currently a Senior Advisor with Oliver Wyman and a member of the Board of Directors of Canada Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company.
