Lilia has experience as an interdisciplinary researcher for the Dahdaleh Institute for Global Health Research, the McGill Department of Ethics, Equity and Policy, and the Indian Ocean World Centre at McGill University. In these roles she published several peer-reviewed articles, collaborated with international research teams, and contributed to internal and federal grant proposals. She also previously worked as a fundraising intern for the American Transplant Foundation.
Lilia holds an MA in History and a BA in History, Political Science, and Economics from McGill University.
