Nav joined the company in December 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, where he led corporate strategy, investor relations, financial reporting, treasury, and performance management. Nav also served as the interim Chief Claims Officer from August 2024 to June 2025.
Before joining Aviva, Nav held senior leadership positions at RSA Canada Group and Intact Financial Corporation and played a key role in building EY’s insurance advisory practice.
In 2025, Nav was named one of Report on Business’ Best Executives – an annual award that recognises exceptional leaders across Canadian businesses for their impact, vision and leadership excellence.
Nav is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has completed an executive program at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
