Tamar works with members to strengthen engagement with the institute’s research and policy community through strategic partnerships, policy councils, stewardship, and events.
Before joining the C.D. Howe Institute, Tamar held development and donor relations roles with the Michener Institute of Education at UHN, the University of Toronto, and the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University. She has extensive experience building long-term relationships with corporate, foundation, and individual partners through strategic partnerships and member engagement.
Tamar holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Toronto.
