Tammi A. Jones is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Alcoa Corporation, where she leads the company’s global people strategy across talent management, succession, total rewards, organizational development, and labor relations. She oversees a global HR organization spanning multiple regions and is a member of the Alcoa Executive Team, contributing to the company’s strategic direction.
Tammi is a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on leadership, culture, and organizational performance. She has played a central role in guiding Alcoa through significant transformation, including leadership transitions, executive team renewal, and the evolution of the company’s purpose, vision, and values to support long-term strategy.
Prior to Alcoa, Tammi held HR roles with Basell Polyolefins and Network Rail and has lived and worked in Europe, the US and now Canada.
Tammi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Global MBA from Manchester Business School, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
