Tingting Zhang is a Policy Analyst at the C.D. Howe Institute, where she conducts research on human capital and health policy. Her research interests focus on immigration, skills, education, labour-market dynamics, and healthcare-related policy issues, including primary care and seniors’ care. She has contributed to national policy conversations through research publications, conferences, and media appearances.
Before joining the Institute in 2022, Tingting worked as a Labour Market Analyst in the Four County region and taught Principles of Microeconomics and Intermediate Microeconomics at King’s University College. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics from McGill University and brings both analytical rigour and practical experience to her work.
