I have long admired the Institute’s rigorous, evidence-based approach to policy analysis and prescription. Through its thought-provoking publications and events, the Institute has consistently challenged orthodoxy, shone a light on both the strengths and flaws of current and upcoming legislation, and advocated for measures to strengthen Canada’s economy. This work has encouraged business leaders, civil society and government to participate in elevated public discourse that would not otherwise happen.

The Institute is, unsurprisingly, also home to many of the best policy minds and thinkers in Canada. I cannot imagine anything that could be more stimulating at this stage in my career than finding ways to collaborate with them and contribute to the strengthening of Canada’s economic and political landscape.
