Cole previously worked with Natural Resources Canada, supporting the development and implementation of the Indigenous Loan Guarantee Program, and with Monitor Deloitte, advising public- and private-sector clients on strategic commercial initiatives. He is also the author of Powering Ahead: Comparing Electricity Prices Across Canada, published by the C.D. Howe Institute, which examines electricity prices and system costs across Canadian provinces.
Cole holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from McGill University.
