Summary

David is an economist and policy advisor with 15 years of experience working across the public, private and non-profit sectors.

In England, David worked at the headquarters of the National Health Service, as Head of Workforce in Strategic Finance, and as the Chief Strategic Analyst for the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan. Previously, David worked for almost a decade as an economic consultant across multiple sectors, including healthcare, transport, energy, water and education.

In Canada, David is an associate at the Canadian Centre for Health Economics and was previously a research fellow at TELUS. He regularly commentates on economic policy issues, including for the Globe and Mail, Financial Post and Hill Times. 

David studied Economics at the University of Cambridge and holds a Master of Public Policy from the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, University of Toronto.
