For decades, the C.D. Howe Institute has been one of Canada’s leading think tanks, contributing enormously to policy debates and inspiring positive reforms for Canadians. I am keen to contribute in areas that I have focused on over 25 years in public life, including immigration, labour markets and skills, fiscal policy, internal trade, and indigenous economic development.
